    Sorry to dredge this up from last year BUT…

    I’ve discovered a training program that works for the most basic runners up to really advanced people who want to improve speed. It’s set up for races from 5K to marathons and has separate training programs for each type of race for all skill levels.

    I discovered it when I decided to start training for a half marathon.
