    I found the above link while following links embedded in articles discussing the death of this person.  I was reminded of the frequent statements from so called conservative circles that President Clinton is somehow responsible for the attacks here in 2001 because he failed to capture or kill Osama bin Laden & his like minded friends when opportunities were alleged available.  I’ve never cared to look into this assertion at length and I have no plans to do so in regards to this similar statement regarding President Bush.  It is interesting and perhaps provocative so I am sharing it with you.
