Stilton can be lovely stuff. Several of the recipes looked quite good and not particularly difficult to prepare. There is nearly always some sort of veined cheese on hand here. My preference is for d’Auverne while my companion prefers something milder for the most part.

My first reaction to the cheese perfume was “eww!”, but then I started thinking about the pains that I go to in order to smell like a freshly baked cookie or a Pina Colada–suddenly wanting to smell like cheese doesn’t seem very odd at all. heh.
The recipes on the Stilton main site are definitely drool-worthy. Yum.
