Although we have no carpool lanes in Knoxville the ability to drive in a carpool lane because you have a child is a pet peeve. If we are suppose to encourage “carpooling” that would seem to suggest that both occupants of the vehicle should be licensed drivers or at least able to get a license.

Now this women took it one step further and claimed that her fetus was the second person. Glad to see this didn’t fly with the Court, although I wouldn’t have been suprised if it went the other way either.
